I’ve been working on Internet apps since 1994, and during that time I wrote a best-selling book about PHP and worked my up to CTO positions at consulting companies, mostly in digital marketing. Since 2010, I’ve been working as a fractional CTO via 18INT. Contact me if I can help you with anything.

Music and tabletop RPGs are two of my hobbies. In recent years, I’ve been writing books for Basic Fantasy RPG, which is the system I’ve used for a long-running home campaign. Recently, I launched a site full of random generators useful for TTRPGS. In 2026, I released an album of songs on bandcamp.
